Let’s dive in! Many people often ask me why I chose the name Mature Munchies. While it’s true that many assume I sell edibles—and I won’t deny it—Mature Munchies was created out of my love for indulging in something sweet after a meal or after I take part of my herbal essences routine. (IYKYK!) Growing up in Queens, NY, I got tired of buying the same limited treats from my local bodega. As I aged, reading the darn ingredients became increasingly challenging. So, I turned to baking. I’ve always enjoyed challenging myself by cooking from scratch and recreating the recipes I grew up on. And here we are today!

As a self taught baker and chef with over 25 years of experience, my culinary journey has been a labor of love, sprinkled with passion while I explore my creativity. I’ve whisked, kneaded, sautéed, and baked my way through countless delicious adventures, and I’m here to share the joy of it all with you!
